Dapur Sate was born from the concept of a “Dapur” or "kitchen," a place where Indonesia’s diverse satay dishes come to life. Inspired by the rich tradition of Indonesian satay, we envisioned a restaurant that offers a variety of satay dishes from across the archipelago, and thus, Dapur Sate was created.
I visited Dapur Sate last weekend, and the experience was phenomenal. The Chicken Satay Madura with peanut sauce was a highlight, and the smoky, savory flavors took me right back to my time in Indonesia. The staff was friendly, and the ambiance was perfect for a casual yet flavorful dining experience. Will definitely come back!
Dapur Sate serves the most authentic Indonesian satay I've ever tasted outside of Indonesia. The Lamb Satay Tegal was juicy and perfectly seasoned, and the Betawi Uduk Coconut Rice was the ideal side dish. Their commitment to halal standards makes it even better for those looking for halal dining options. Highly recommended!
I was blown away by the variety and authenticity of the dishes at Dapur Sate. The Beef Satay Maranggi from Purwakarta was delicious, and the sweet soy sauce added just the right touch. Their fusion dishes, like the Chicken Satay Taichan Sandwich, were a pleasant surprise. Can’t wait to come back and try more!"
